If I did validate the step Meet with Zalambur in his office, my partner never got the validation pop-up and is stuck with the Speak with Kasmeer step of this instance, can't reset it, even with changing in Story journal current chapter and can't get the instance to reset... he just get to the standard office, which is available after you complete this step...
