SeraphimAvenged.9483 Posted May 10, 2018 Share Posted May 10, 2018 When playing on Mesmer, in WvW across all battlegrounds, I am receiving a 30 second cooldown on Decoy whenever I use Blink.Decoy has a 40 second cooldown, so it's not like its being triggered. 30 seconds is the same cooldown on Blink as well.Not using any macros or conflicting keybinds. Relogged and still having the same issue. Doesn't happen in open world.Wasn't sure if it was a balance change, so I browsed Google and the forums to no avail.I spoke with another Mesmer in EB, and she confirmed that she did not have the same problem.Thanks for your help.
