How does one direct messages to Forums@Arena.Net ?

Every time I get moderated this is included in the message: "Please do not respond to this message; inquiries may be directed to Forums@Arena.Net ."

If I use the send message option, they are not found. So how is this inquiry to Forums@Arena.Net completed?

The wording is confusing to me considering they have an integrated messaging system.

It would be nice if they would consider rewording it to "inquiries may be directed emailed to Forums@Arena.Net" . I am usually confused when instruction are not explicit.

Well considering that it’s an email address that they’re directing you to...

that's called implicit...

also I was thinking it could be contacted by the in house message system, cause i never use it.
