To any ears from Arena net!This is in regards to request (6901995:Cannot login)

I received a response to reset my password--however, upon resetting my password I am still unable to login!I attempted to follow the 2nd link to reset my password again, but am met with the error "Some fields are invalid"I am 100% certain the serial key is correct, I am 100% certain the character name I have entered is correct, unless some unsavory person hacked my account and deleted everyone.In any case, the chances are 1 in a million that i typod my password twice.

Please help!
