Lags and disconnection issues during night time

the game run smoothliy in the morning but at noon / night time the game become too laggish to play and i have messege of router problome. only problome at gw2 so idont think it is an router issue

PingPlotter have a guide to diagnosing network issues, which will help narrow this down to the question: is this a GW2 server issue, or a network issue somewhere between your computer and AWS?

That is step one in getting it fixed, because if we don't know where to look at, we can't solve the right problem, y'know? :)

Ithink it is GW2Efficiency server Issue since it’s happen to some of my friends as well

It could well be. The biggest reason for asking for the trace is that it tells anet exactly where the problem is. Not "your network is broken", not "it isn't an anet issue", but "here is the information to help anet fix it as fast as possible".

I'm not sure a 3rd-party website (GW2Efficiency) issue would have anything to do with connection issues to Guild Wars 2. The only thing they have in common is the API.
