SlippyCheeze.5483
PingPlotter have a guide to diagnosing network issues, which will help narrow this down to the question: is this a GW2 server issue, or a network issue somewhere between your computer and AWS? That is step one in getting it fixed, because if we don't know where to look at, we can't solve the right problem, y'know? :)

The biggest reason for asking for the trace is that it tells anet exactly where the problem is. Not "your network is broken", not "it isn't an anet issue", but "here is the information to help anet fix it as fast as possible".
Inculpatus cedo.9234
I'm not sure a 3rd-party website (GW2Efficiency) issue would have anything to do with connection issues to Guild Wars 2. The only thing they have in common is the API.
