Even disregarding your points about teleporting through walls and everyone with a brain responding that obviously steal is worse, you didn't even read the tooltip. The next TWO attacks from the rev are unblockable and they deal 10% more damage. Oh wow! What's that, you can also dodge those two attacks? Oh WOW!
