WVW Guild Katapult (the blue version out of tp)

I have the problem if i buy the guild katapult (blue) out of tp and want to throw them instead of useing that if y have a gold one in the inventory that wil be thrown, if you have no golden one in inventory it just fly thought the map and is in your inventory again.
