Chilli.2976 Posted May 28, 2018 Share Posted May 28, 2018 I accidentally closed a ticket "mark as resolved and closed" Ticket #6910354 as opposed to sending another message. I received the goods visually while I was in a PvP map via mail but upon completion of the game I went to collect the items from my mailbox and to my horror there were only so many 80% less than what I expected. A very strange bug. I did manage to query this before it got closed, just wondering do I need to reopen another ticket or has the GM received my message and will take appropriate action?
