Yes but how can you explain that if I click any stealth the use dodge stealth then Binding, it reveal me ?It's not in the video but you can try it.

(thank you for taking time and giving me all those explanations)

gimme a moment ill make a new video showing it and ill click it with mouse so you see when :D

as you can see when using binding shadow while still in the roll it wont reveal on cast. if you use binding shadow when you stand already then it will trigger.that is because you cannot use DJ during the dodge roll so no chance of getting revealed there from DJ.

additional info: the same behaviour you will have for scorpion wire or my sylvari skill grasping vines as it is also a targeted utility with a cast time. other utilities that have a cast time and do not require a target wont trigger DJ there.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure that before yesterday, binding shadow didn't breack any stealth. My usal combo was ---1 - dodge for stealth2 - shadow melt for longer stealth3 - crouch4 - Binding shadow (who didn't reveal)5 - Steal for stun when connect with Binding shadow6 - Death's judgment7 - pew pew pew

And I used this hundred times before.

in the first case you use binding shadows after the dodge is over, even after the dodge stealth is applied with is with a delay after the dodge. and in second case you use your binding shadow skill before stealth is applied.pretty simple.if you are stealthed and are not in the mid of a roll, you will be revealed.if you are not stealthed or are in a roll while using binding shadows, you will not be revealedyou can even use withdrawl or roll for initative while stealthed and use binding shadows during them, then you will not be revealed.

But in the second case i use binding shadow during the roll at the exact same time than in the 1st case. It's why I don't understand. In both case, I use shadow at the exact same time of the roll. During the roll just before it ends.

in the first you are no longer in the roll and you are already stealthed so it will break stealth. in the second you are not even stealthed the moment you press the skill so it cannot trigger DJ at that point. stealth is applied with a short delay after the dodge. maybe slow it down if you cant see it.

Well, thank you for all your answers. But anyway it's still strange... ^^'All I remember it's that it happened after I killed a FA elem many times in consecutive matches. And suddently my combo didn't worked. Lol, I suppose it was a coincidence but well...

First case : revealed after dodge stealthSecond case : not revealed after dodge stealth

The différence ? I was already in stealth mode before dodge in 1st case. But it should not change anything about the mecanic after the dodge + binding shadow skill

In both your videos you have autoattack on the weapon still. You should disable it using ctl+mouse 2 on the auto (the arrows around your 1 skill will disappear when you do it) and bind 1 to a mouse thumb button or something equally easy to reach. It'll deal with all of the issues you list and also make you way less susceptible to being killed by interrupt spammers like PI daredevil or confusion/interrupt mesmers.
