Circle markers on the action camera

This is not really that important, its more like a quality of life thing. As a thief the black powder and cluster bomb combo is one of my main support skills as it allows me to stealth my team in pvp for a surprise attack, "IT'S AN AMBUSH" is what i imagine the enemy team screaming when they find out. The problem is that this combo is impossible to do "efficiently" in the action camera mode as when i cast black powder, i either have to step back a little or switch to regular mode. I have no idea if this can or should be done, but is it possible to make the circle marker go all the way to under the centre of the character?I have attached an image for an illustration.https://imgur.com/qDcCyqN
