No-Downstate and combat log

One of the things the no-downstate event is making clear is how unreliable the combat log is.
Now when you go from 90% -> 0 instantly with only a couple small condi ticks in your combat log there is no downstate damage to hide the situation.

I've been able to see all my downs in the combat log to power damage/retal every time, though I haven't kept on condi damage tracking for one reason or another (Probably disabled it a long time ago and never checked to see if it was readable now).

If anything it's been nice because I'm able to directly see what got me killed, rather than trying to figure out where the downstate damage begins.
