Do NOT keep no downstate

Down state and finishing is part of what makes this game different. As a small group roamer, I know this works out in my favor, but I still do not like it. It feels odd, and does not provide the game play experience I have enjoyed for the past several years.

I cant see them removing it permanency as it would require class/ability tweaking, changing foods and doing something to compensate for those who earned/purchased finishers. (as not everyone PvP's)

I am actually enjoying it. Yes I agree not to make it permanent. But having it as a weekend or week long event once and a while is fun.

ANet has always loved large elitist guilds. This is their way of promoting them. They want to totally eliminate the small guilds/groups and independent roamers. No down state is a way to encourage large elitist guilds while totally abandoning the casual, independent player. It's time to leave this game.
