Does Spectrum Shield Reduce 50% Damage & Condition Damage?

I just unlocked the Holosmith specialization and read the description of Spectrum Shield considering if I should use that skill. The description however only states the skill reduces Condition Damage. The tooltip reads: "Spectrum Shield(3s): -50% Incoming Condition Damage."

I read online on the forums and the wiki that the skill supposedly reduces Incoming Damage and Condition Damage, so I am wondering which is correct. Here is the wiki page for Spectrum Shield: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Spectrum_Shield

Does anyone know if Spectrum Shield reduces both regular damage and condition damage? Thank you!

It does reduce both damage and condition damage. I haven't noticed the tooltip stating only reducing condition damage. The tooltip is probably faulty.
