You need 250 hero points to fully unlock the elite spec. Hero points in the core maps award one hero point and the ones in HoT and PoF maps award 10. There is also the option to earn hero points in WvW with proof of heroics or testimony of heroics, I don't WvW so I forget what they are called now. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
