Engineer trait "No Scope" grants might on activation

Bug: The "No Scope" trait in the Firearms trait line for Engineer is granting 3 might for 8s on activation.

Location: Heart of the Mists (PvP lobby)

Time: July 11th 2018, 9:41 PM PT

Repro:1) Enter Heart of the Mists2) Equip Firearms trait line3) Select "No Scope" trait4) Walk to melee range of target dummy5) Hit the dummy until you get a critical hit6) See 3 might applied (unexpected) for 8s in addition to fury for 8s

(I wouldn't complain if this was intentional... but the patch notes didn't mention this, and the trait's description doesn't either, so it seems like a bug.)
