Natech.3872 Posted July 12, 2018 Share Posted July 12, 2018 Is anyone here having a sensitive issue happening where you make a gem purchase and it somehow comes out to be a double over on your bank sometime 4 or 5 days after you use the gem store for a 10$ or 20$+ purchase? I've called and checked with my end of my bank but before I take this to Anet themselves I want to get the community in on this and make sure it's not just me.Say you purchase 10$ for example and you get the notice from your bank and card was used over your phone, then 5 days later you get on your bank statements as you check them to see you paid a second 10$(s) purchase with the same order numbers as the last and charges your bank. Or even at times you purchase and get the notification but you dont get the purchased processed until a week after the notification was made?
