PoF: The good, the bad, the ugly

Those are just my opinions, i do not intent to start a discussion.I finished story, played everything on scraper only, so i will not talk about other specialisations.

1. New mapsYou NAILED IT! Those maps are something most beautiful i ever saw in any game. They are huge, even i thought they are not going to be as big as marketed. And for the first time world feels properly scaled. BRAVO!
2. MountsAll of them are graficly beautiful, bunny aint real my thing, i would prefer a got for rock climbing (why is everyone trying to step away from classic fantasy, when for instance no game ever did got mountain climbing? Oh well...), but ok.However, pets are SUPER ANOYING. They are clanky, jerky, use whatever word you want. I used them though entire story and then to get skill points for holosmith. Oh my... They are the sole reason i will not play new content unless they get fixed. I just can't. Can't realy say witch one has pissed me the most. Raptor even now feels like a good mount, it feel most sticky on rocks. Bunny is like drunk dude tring not to fall with every step, witch is frustraiting especialy couse it's used for precise rock jumps. Weaver is like a feek kid, who has legs but can't walk. You see it hovering, and you expect to at least fly over smthing, but just feels like it doesn't have strenght to make it. Jakhal... i love jakhal, it's stunning. But he is also used for wierd jumps on high places, and it doesn't have a break to stop himself falling from the edge.Anyway, naff rant:D! For me it's simple. I don't have to play. If you fix them, great! If you don't, oh well... there are other things to do in game, and there are other games. I just can't be arsed to get so frustraited in a video game.
3. StorySome good, some bad.What you truly hit like a bullseye is background. It realy feels like a western dude/girl coming to the east (middle east). Cultural differences, way of thinking, opinions on religion, rulers. Then refugies. As a jurnalist irl, i spent a lot of time in refugy camps in Europe those last 2 years. How refugies in GW2 are acting, behaveing etc... is as like you did some srs research yourself. BRAVO AGAIN!The bad is that story itself is classic hollywood action movie, seen hundreds of times. Our characters are like Rocky/Rambo/Terminator (random super hero from hollywood), and i realy didn't like it. I understend that it sells, so ok... consumers must get there portion, but just not my cup of tea.Fights were oright. I soloed pretty much everything first try, died coule of times on most bizare places. That's all ok.Overall, would i play again for ultimate pack? Sure. It's like candy, it's pretty and all. Will i continiu to play? Probably not. Way to much frustration for a time that i use for relaxation.Just my feedback. Overall, was ok:).

I thought mounts where supposed to be clunky. I just Unlocked the 2rd mastery for the bunny and the raptor and they feel a lot different and far better. I believe the design in the mastery system comes into place for this. I have no idea for the other mounts or the synergy with the 4th masteries, but that's what I noticed so far.
