A drop bug

I was working on nevermore collection IV, there is an item called ancient svanir relic, and it is supposed to drop from the chest in Snowblind fractal,however no matter how many times i do it, it just doesn't drop. I also should say that i already got the item before but i deleted it because i didn't know that i will need it again for another item in the collection. so if there's something i am missing or anything , please tell me.Thanks in advance.

Since you already got it before, your account probably won't be able to get it again from the chest (most of the collection items like that will only trigger once). However, I do believe that the legendary crafting NPC in LA (Hobbs) will let you buy the item from him, as long as you've already unlocked it. So, go see if he has it available. If he does not have it, then put in a support ticket asking for a replacement.

i have one bug in the nevermore IV = The Hatching, i have all the itens on bag and have try work on volcan in mount maelstrom and no work =/

You need more than just the items, you also have to have completed all the stuff with the egg. Blessed, consecrated and the 5 treatments.
