Returning Player - Which Spec and Help with Settings

I am returning to the game after a bit of a break. I am looking to start the story from the beginning until the latest episode. Which of these specs is best for solo PvE content? Firebrand, Herald, Spellbreaker, Scrapper, Deadeye, Tempest, or Chronomancer?

Also, how can I go about restoring the game to its default settings?

You can use the Command Line Argument, -prefreset to reset the settings.As for Specializations, I'd guess most anything is viable in solo PvE.

Of those, I would say Dragonhunter. Or Reaper. Or Wsyflp. ("Whichever spec you feel like playing.")
