That's the reward for doing Boss Blitz event over the weekend.https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/weekend-boss-blitz-bonanza/If the kill count reaches five thousand before time runs out, participants will receive Celebration Boosters and Zephyrite Supply Boxes. They increased the amount of bosses to 7.5k then 10k and all goals were reached over the weekend.
