Grand Sun catcher dissapeared

Has anyone else had this strange bug? i bought all 3 catcher backpack and changed some stats, but today the sun catcher become a lightning catcher with a resetted stats so actually I have 2 grand lightning catcher and 1 grand wind catcher all in basic configuration without stats...

Are you sure you didn't transmute any of them? (It would say in the description what the last-used skin was.) Regardless, double check your wardrobe to make sure all the skins are unlocked. If so, then in the worst case, you'd just have to transmute. Inconvenient? sure, but manageable.

And create your support ticket before you do any of the troubleshooting. If it turns out that you figure it out on your own, great; you can close the ticket. If not, then you are already in the queue.

Yes, obviously I checked and double checked, no one of them are transmuted, btw the stats should remain even transmuted, and I submitted my ticket yesterday, I wanted just to know if I’m the only one or if it is a more extended bug.Seems really if as someone/something has done a reset, is not the first time it happen in a different way, in the recent past I also did some actions, like moving stuff from the inventory, selling things, etc, and the day after all was undone, like when you restore a backup , I had to move again objects and sell stuff etc. now is quite different, specific items were changed, but still it seems like a kind of “fix” to the inventory
