Bench of the final judge

Can we allow Bench of the Final Judge to be used in raids pls? Waiting for pugs can be quite exhausting :LUL:

I agree. Also boom box, toilet paper (for wiping) and all mounts. On reddit one of the devs told me they would like to add mount usability into wings 1-4, but its hard to justify the time commitment. Considering the chair is a mount, these 2 goals probably go hand in hand.

Mounts are PoF content. W1-4 are not. Not to mention it would mean skipping stuff.

I meant skipping raid mehanics. Imagine spirit run, escort, TC... Im fine with bench but not mounts. Not in w1-4 at least

Spirit run: full clear groups skip it. Buy a gorse instance, do gorse, sab, leave, reenter, vg. Voila. If your on EU, this might not be common for you, but on NA we have a service provider named eris, who sells any instance for 5 gold. I don't full clear at reset, but from what I have heard, its pretty common for eris to have the gorse instance available pretty much at reset.

TC: Same thing, buy xera, kill, leave, reenter. Also, considering your not allowed to glide in TC, I hardly think it would be surprising for mounts to also not be allowed in that particular area.

Escort: You can't mount up while in combat, so what exactly is your plan here?....

I will happily pay 5g to avoid wasting time on spirit events. I rather skip entire W3 than bother with escort if I can't find an opener. I'm ok with doing bosses but wasting 5-10 minutes for random events which give me no meaningful rewards and less than meaningful gameplay isn't fun. I'd genuinely rather pay to skip them just so i can AFK.

We don't have someone who'll open any instance on demand on EU. If anyone wants gold, I suggest you go do it. We do regularly have LFG's and aerodome asking for openers. There are also VG + spirit runs on monday morning, as well as escort runs for very high LI just so players can prepare for their later (evening) clears.

Just a reminder, adding mounts to raids probably goes hand in hand with adding the chair. They seem based on the same tech.

Well Eris is in the lfg at pretty much all prime time hours, and generally has access to all instances by the time I start my clears approximately 15 hours after reset (Monday evening NA), they have multiple accounts to open everything, and they are very timely in reply to pm's. Its certainly possible to get free opens in NA, but Eris is fast and reliable.

As for skipping cave, I can tell by your tone, you already know there are multiple ways to skip it lol. I've said before, adding mounts to wing 3 might actually force Anet to add the invisible walls and such necessary to stop the skipping.

You cant use bench even in w5 where mounts are allowed.

I know, there are areas you can mount but can't use the bench. But I don't think there is any area you can use the bench but not mount.
