Dagger weaver's Mud slide and Plasma Burst are worse now

The """buffing""" and nerfing at the same time ANet loves to do to ele strikes yet again with a net nerf, in addition to sword weavers, this time it's even on skills that are already bad on a trash build.

Mudslide is no longer unblockable including the sliding portion despite what the patch notes seem to suggest and the extra aoe knockdown is barely noticeable thanks to tiny raidus, so the skill is basically the same as before except now it can be blocked.

Plasma Burst still tickles even though it got ONE HUNDRED PERCENT damage increase (multiplying low numbers by 2 is still low numbers, just like shatterstone "buff") except now it's way harder to land because of the slow animation theme ANet loves to give to eles and have increased cd.

And btw, even without these nerfs to the skills dagger weaver will still be trash.

6k? maybe if you play some unviable full glass berserker dd build. More like 2~4k on critc with 4k requiring multiple stacks of might or you're running inflated stats from pve/wvw on a light armored target.

It does similar amounts of damage as Cauterizing Strike on a target without burning which is pretty bad.

Nahh, none of that, but still no trouble hitting over 5k.
