I don't think any more description is necessary. But one thing I don't understand, you guys know if you put your servers behind firewall or in campus it won't work, why would you still do it? Shikigami.4013 Posted August 30, 2018 Share Posted August 30, 2018 The general hints what could be wrong are aimed at the connection the end user has to the internet, not the connection the game servers have with the internet.Also it does not say "this is caused by" but a general "this is most commonly caused by". If your connection normally is fine, a firewall setting or campus network pretty obviously is NOT the reason for a failed connection, and then the cause is probably as simple as "There is something wrong with the login server temporarily which will be fixed pretty quickly.
