LS4 step "take the Boat" question

good eveningI need your help on an issue related to LS4 in the step "take the Boat" I go to the site of the star but below the same I do not see any boat is this the right way that can see in the screenshot below?https://ibb.co/jnnw0K

Here is another screenshot with the view of my char at the end of the board where I go to the site of the star. I jump to the other side but this does not change anything at all. Keep saying "take the boat" I go to the water and I do not see any boat in the water. Does this have a bug or am I not in the right place?https://ibb.co/iq7znz

but the boat is right there in your picture even highlighted with a green border

Indeed. OP, just walk forward on the extension of the dock that's under about two inches of water.
