Hunter lvl 80 trial

Hello, I am new to the game, but I was trying out different classes at lvl 80 to see if they were worth continuing to play for end game content. I started the game with my Bear, and when I used the lvl 80 trial I was given a cat and a lizard, I figured I would get the bear back after I declined to upgrade. When I left the area, I had the cat and was not able to switch back to my bear. I am only lvl 10 on my hunter but I found that kind of buggy.

I assume you mean your pet when you say bear? Even if you have chosen/gotten the wrong one, you can still get your precious bear. A ranger can have all pets available (expansion ones excl in case you don't have an expansion). You can charm juvenile pets across the world and one some locations you can find the bears ;)

You can see all pets in the pet interface (around where you select which ranger pet to use). Theres some button that shows you all available and which you have from the list. And from there you can pick 2 to put in your pet slots.
