Ah. For reaper I like the bladed armor look, looks heavy despite being a light armor set and sharp. For scourge the lich chest pants and hood (or reaper hood) with the olmakhan mantle (looks like deathly paulderons) and chaos gloves. Shoes can be anything since you can't see them anyway =P

What gender and species? You could easily make a look just from cultural or dungeon armor.

I would consider looking at slyvari cultural armor and maybe charr cultural light armor as both have some pretty good light options in terms of pure fashionable looks. I assume you mean for fashion not stats. Of course only those races can wear that armor.
