Khisanth.2948 Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 If it came with a code you should be able to do it in game.Open the gemstore, click on Redeem Code then Redeem Item Code and enter the code.Looking at the URL that it redirects to it looks like someone put in the wrong redirect. It should point to https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/articles/230558147 which just tells you how to redeem the code.
