[BUG] Dodge/Evade broken on Tequtal's Shockwave

Gaile, Kurt and Clayton,

Back in sometime in March 2016, one of the updates affected the ability to dodge/evade Tequtal's Shockwave properly as it is bugged and broken. This used to work every time back then until the update and has remained broken to this day.

I have posted a YouTube video which the problem and I put annotations of when I exactly dodged. In the video, the first two dodges failed however the third one I was lucky, even thou it did not say evaded in which is should have unless it was due to stability. In any case, all dodges normally evade.

On the same note, the bug has also affected the invulnerability dodging the fish eggs as I get downed, when I should of been invulnerable without taking any damage during the explosion.

Below is a video of the Tequatal fight from a different player when the dodge was working at the time before the patch in question affected it. Watch around time frame 1:10 - 1:15 and 1:29 - 1:34 when the dodges were performed.

Could this be fixed?

The jump only work on the low Shockwave and not the higher one, which is why the dodge is the way to do it when it was working. Players who want to utilize their cantrips can take advantage of it in addition as well. It is also safer because it eliminates any lag/timing issues depending on the connection when jumping because of the evade/invulnerability frames benefits the dodge provides.

I tested this, and it work as as usual.

The wave is very counter-intuitive. People try to dodge or jump over the highest point of the wave, but the wave will hit you if you try to do that. The point to evade or dodge is the very start of the wave in its lowest initial point at the ground.

Looking at this image, imagining the wave goes to the left, one has to jump before the red dark part, but most people try to jump over the middle orange part, and get hit by the wave.

This could be solved by making the collision of these waves narrower and matching the very middle of the wave.

I tried it yesterday and re-confirm that is not working properly. I managed to evade one wave but all the other waves, I still ended up getting hit. The one I manage to evade is likely due to a player's buff in the zerg. All other type of boss fights which have a similar shockwave mechanic the dodge/evade works fine. Ie. The one boss which is in the "The Specimen Chamber" meta event.
