Eloc Freidon.5692 Posted September 26, 2017 Share Posted September 26, 2017 The Spec Collections for each of the new elite spec professions require finding exotic trinkets with the new stats. When you get them they soulbind automatically. In HoT these items didn't soulbind so you can put them on a character it was meant for since you can only get one of each.
