LF LGBT Guild End-Game Content/WvW/PvP/Fractals/Raids

Heyyyy,

So, I'm a relatively new player. I come from WoW, so I have some sense of MMORPGs and end-game content. I also did my research, and I know that GW2 is quite different than WoW in various end-game related activities. I currently play a Mesmer geared for Chrono Supp/Power Mirage/Condi Mirage, so I can fulfill multiple roles for a variety of end-game events.

I know that there are quite a few LGBT-friendly guilds, but I was hoping to find one is that is operated by an LGBT leadership because I do appreciate and exude that aspect of myself while playing games. I am absolutely a fabulous, femme, GAYmer, and I am looking for a guild that I can play the game in that won't try to stifle any part of that.

Hi, I run a guild that might fit your needs. I'm the leader of Aurene Wardens. We're a PvX female/LGBT+ focused guild. I know a lot of guild will say they're LGBT friendly and that is pretty much the end of it, but that's not the case in our group. It's a big part of who we all are and the community we've created. We've gone to Tyria Pride march together the past two years and collectively crafted the Bifrost this year as a donation to support the event. We celebrate posts of 'x months of hrt' together and share cute gay comics with each other. Of course we also play the game together too, mainly focusing on raids and fractals at the moment due to that being where interest is. As far as leadership goes, we have 6 players who are awficers(officers of Aw, we're very clever) and me as the leader. I might be the only one who not LGBT+, so hopefully that's not a dealbreaker, but since you mentioned it I'd rather be honest about that now. Please let me know if you have any questions :)

There is a guild with the tag LGBT running around that I see from time to time on the EU servers but I don't recall the names of the players or the guild.

I'm not sure about there being a few LGBT friendly guilds though.. from my experience most if not all of them are tolerant and accepting of all people.My main guild has quite a few LGBT members but nobody was aware until those players mentioned it and nobody treats them differently because of it.

The Guildwars 2 community really does deserve the praise it gets as being the friendliest community in the MMO world.Most of the people who play this game are very friendly and awesome people ^^
