net::ERR_ABORTED on all 3 tabs in TP

Game runs fine, but the TP is inaccessible . I've tried :Deleting the bin64Downloading a new installationDeleting %temp% & app datagoing on internet tab and changing auto settingsFormatting the computer

The info on google is scarce mostly net::Err_Aborted results aren't linked to GW2. I had a suspicion that this is related to coherentui_host.exe i don't know if it should crash if you open it alone and it does, but again info on this topic is very scarce. Firewall is also disabled. Well i dunno what to do, it seems in the worst case that i'm unable to interact with the TP server which is weird. All gw2 ports are also open. Any suggestions?

Yes I have, i've tried all the official recommended troubleshooting. Still does not work.
