Purgatory.7538 Posted September 21, 2018 Share Posted September 21, 2018 I have tried this vendor on 3 toons and Kito isn't showing the Entangled item for purchase. So, you talk to Ely first, Then again to go into Hidden Arcana. Find Ely and purchase two items. Place those items into the device, then push the button.Find next Mist Entangled Item, Go to Ely > go to Hidden Arcana > buy next items from Ely > place in the device AND push the button (two different interact dialogues). Rinse and repeat.This wasn’t bugged for me for the last two days in which I have completed this achievement. You have to obtain each piece in order, not all Mist items then all pieces. After obtaining the 1st two , is asking for the input mist entangled which i cannot buy cause you cannot push button if you don't have them all.Now i can't see it anywhere nor the other two items. Fault was completely by my end as i confuse mist entangled item with Input Mist Entangled item.The Mist one is from Vendor and the input Mist one is few steps from Elly.
