Quit this season. Duoq and lack of rewards created an extremely volatile and terrible matchmaking, by far the worst experience for me.

Worst match I had: 2 clueless duoq-s on my team, zero douq on the other, lost the game 500-3 or something like that.

I rarely play.The toxic behavior of the forums and asking for nerfs left me unhappy with how unstable this game is.Pve and pvp getting gutted on one entire spec and then switching over and over.Meanwhile a few dominant specs are still dominating complety, mesmer is one of them.

There is a unbalance in spvp due to nerfing the wrong things, or nerfing them too hard, also one shot builds with more crazy cc and sustain than in heart of thorns.

Meanwhile in pve, some specs can't flourish because a few of them dominate completely to the point where others lack a chance of being taken, such as how good firebrand druid and mesmers are at buffing, and the lack of something wanted to bring.

nothing of the above i play till i get all 3 boxes.... than i am burned out uninstall and wait for some good news. Season feels way to long and matchmaking gives to many unbalanced match ups. I barely get the feeling I can impact the outcome against certain class combos and the skill level in ranks seems not to change silver gold platinum its all the same.

in fact the point system with win 2 games.... get lets say, 16 points and get defeat One game and loose 16 points is very tiresome...

I play from time to time, but get bored. Too many matchs that could be won easily, and too many times the same stuff and basic mistakes happening. All of that being even worse due to builds such as reaper.. Some matchs feel like a coinflip where you cannot have any impact

I still play pretty much daily. It's unpleasant due to matchmaking and power creep.... I come to the mists out of stubbornness and a vague hope that I'll get better.

Played more than 250 ranked matches last season, already over 110 this one.But most of them in the weekend, so not daily. The matchmaking this season was bad , and the class buggier than ever, but still I'm in similar ranks as the last one.Main reasons to play: I still like the combat, and the PvP rewards easily count as the 25-30% of my week gold income.

I played sPvP this season for the grandmaster mark boxes/gold after not playing for around 6 months... even with around a 65% win ratio it was absolutely horrible and left me contemplating suicide. I probably won't be touching it again. WvW is still fun though and hopefully they improve it with the alliance update.

I left pvp behind in this game but i still look here to see if anything changes that will make it fun again. It would take a 180 by Anet for me to come back. Havent taken this game seriously for about 3 seasons now.

I enjoy killing players, that is the most fun part of the game... or almost any game to me really (that isn't like... monster hunter?).

I don't like conquest, which the game insists has to be the main game type, so I log in sate my blood-lust than log out...

It's kind of a toss up if I'm going to kill ppl here, in dark souls, or in smash. GW2 only ever wins out because I have a much more hand crafted customizable character, and I like playing as mages, even better if I get to be a spell-sword, and even better if I can use psionics.

However queuing and intentionally maintaining rank feels like a chore, so I stopped caring, and I'm not rewarded with any loot for just kills and doing what I want to do.

Gotta say my heart really isn't in it as much anymore either...

I don't think I'd ever truly quit, game has been to much of a time investment, and I'm happy with my hand crafted characters. At the same time I don't blame anyone for taking super long breaks especially if all they do is PvP.
