HazyDaisy.4107 Posted October 4, 2018 Share Posted October 4, 2018 I tried getting Watchtower tactics from skirmish chests with no luck after 100 chests, so I Scribed a few WTs, but they went into guild storage immediately with no assembly required.It's been awhile since I had to craft this item, but I remember sitting at the assembly device for 30 minutes or so afterwards.
