Action Camera

So i've been messing around with the action camera, and i like how the character is able to run in every direction at full speed. However, while using regular camera, grenades and mortar shots can be shot behind you, but in action camera your character actually turns that way and therefore slows your movement. Do you think there should be a change to it that you move uninterrupted when you use these skills?

Action cam is a nice thing and a lot of the people I know use it. However, no necromancers, very few engineers and hardly any revenants. But ground-targeting does not really work well with it.

Most engineers use a kit or weapon with ground targeting. You are much more flexible if you can cast that in any direction without directing your character there. Even the times where you can walk sideways and cast to the side you're looking at, it feels really restricting...

the only issues I find with action cam is that it overrides camera facing for the purpose of skills that works "in front of you" - so it's impossible to keep revs hammer shield facing where you want it with it toggled up, and attemtping to aim fbs mantras for example is major pain in the back, not sure how many more skills in game would run into that issue....

EDIT: as for ground targeted things I find action cam working nicer to me, because I usually don't see my cursor or target indicator in all visuall clutter present on the screen during combat anyway - with action cam at least I know where it is by being centered on the reticule which is in the middle of my screen

Action cam itself goes against the overall design of the skill system, and its foundation on tab targeting. Its not something that should have an expectation of being "fixed" unless you also intend to change a few things to improve compatibility between the 2 systems. It was literally tacked on late in the game to appease who complain about UIs, when the reality is we have a very real problem with ground targeting as a concept given how it interferes with movement controls.
