Marilyn.5819 Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 I am not at all technical. I have been getting thrown out of GW2 when I get to the character selection screen lately. I put in a ticket on Sept 9, Oct 4 and again today (Oct 24). I get acknowledged by Arenanet but I never get an explanation. In the first 2 instances, the situation just resolved itself after 12 hours or so but I have no idea why. I copied a part of the error report that I sent to Arenanet. Can anyone shed light on why I am having this problem. It's very frustration. Then, some one may be able to offer assistance.I'm not sure what you mean by 'acknowledged by ArenaNet'; do you update your ticket for more information?You can check the Knowledge Base articles for troubleshooting tips on connection issues and other technical problems.Good luck. Blude.6812 Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 Did you submit more than one ticket or did you update your 1st ticket? Adding new tickets for the same problem delays response.
