Almost announce to the discord when they are about to start , Also need a music bot, Bot that welcome/leaves people etc. Stuff that can make the discord in general better. I don't think you will find an akp for gw2 to provide windows of events but is always possible to search. Just an advise as discord user, I usually mute servers that have greetings bot, since i use discord on my mobile, for each greeting you get a notification which after a while is pretty annoying.
