Bought game without the discount. Can I get additional key?

I bought the game two days ago for 49.99 $. But then, I realized that there is a %50 discount, and it is 24.99Do you guys think I can get a refund or additional standard edition key?

Submit a ticket with support to see if they’ll refund you the difference assuming that you bought it directly from the GW2 website.

If you bought it from a third party vendor then I’m not sure as most tend to not accept software returns if opened/used.

I have bought it in-game store where it says "Upgrade your game" on the left top of the corner. Not from website of "buy.guildwars2.com"

Problem is, that, the discount will end on Monday, yet I couldn't get any answer from CS Team :(

You will just have to wait. You can purchase another Standard Key using a Play4Free account. The CS Team will refund, more than likely, the difference with your previous purchase.
