You can buy the Season 1 Memory Boxes for 15 Black Lion Statuettes each. They contain between 1 to 75 of those sprockets.

I kind of wish they wouldn't take stuff out of the Black Lion Statuettes vendor... I feel like the whole point of them is to give you a way to get something you missed. If they take stuff out of the Statuettes vendor then that's just another way you missed it.
