raid chest bug

I cleared twin largos raid boss but i forgot to loot the chest than left the instane than i kill largos once again with new instance to get my chest but it didnt work. I could see the chest but cant interact with it.

not a bug you dident loot the first chest you got.EditWould be nice if it was map pop up reward but sadly it aint

that is wrong its one time each week, so if you forget to loot you dont get it.Even more crap is that if you piss off a pug commander they can kick you before xera chest locking you out of that reward chest for the week =(

Last night I commanded a raid group from VG through the spirit woods up to Gorseval. 4 people within the raid did not get the final chest from the spirit woods that has the LI. I would like to know what can be done for them as this happened to 1 of the 4 people 2 weeks in a row.

Confirmed. Yesterday I have done Spirit woods and didnt get the final chest. Only me from the whole squad.
