I am trying to get a refund 4 the expansions I bought on the new account so I can apply them to my old account. The Team will attend to your ticket once it makes its way through the queue. Due to high volume, responses may take longer than usual.Good luck. This will re-open the ticket, should it inadvertently have been closed. Though, due to stated high volume again, it's probably just making its way through the queue.Good luck. Is the q worked on 24/7 or do they only tackle these during normal business hours. I mean I'm ready to drop 100 bucks on the expansions once I get my old game key.
