I'm guessing the above phrase is meant to read:The chance to extract runes and sigils from a salvaged item using a salvaging kit will change to a chance to salvage symbols and charms. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted November 6, 2018 Share Posted November 6, 2018 I think they meant that instead of (a chance to be) extracting runes/sigils, you will (have a chance to) be salvaging the runes/sigils.You won't be salvaging the symbols or charms because they haven't yet been acquired (from the item). Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted November 10, 2018 Share Posted November 10, 2018 Yes, if you want to extract the rune/sigil (like we used to have a chance to when salvaging gear), you must use BL Salvage Kit or Extractor.Now, we will have a chance to salvage the rune/sigil (with the gear), rather than extract the rune/sigil (from the gear).
