Blocki.4931 Posted November 14, 2018 Share Posted November 14, 2018 I actually think this rune is fine. Opening up usability and allowing you to actually utilize it on multiple classes is great. The long cooldown was simply too restrictive. Now they'll have to do some cleaning up, hopefully not just slapping a longer cd on it in case it does turn out to be too good. Even at best odds on any class you can maybe block 6-7 secs out of 20 secs. So 3-4K in a 10 sec window.
