I honestly wish DH had swiftness access so I could abuse it lol. Classes with a high uptime on swiftness may become kite gods.Edit: Someone stated the rune makes it so your speed is at 99% (33% + 66% - yes, added lol!) Still, this puts swiftness half way between where is is now and super speed. If it works outside of combat sPvP will become a decap game. Yes, vitality is the main stat, but if you were a class that already used a rune like leadership, that won't really matter. And even on Guardian/FB there are a gazzillion better runes out there than this one. I cant believe anyone would want to sacrifice all the other things runes can offer just for vitality and faster run speed. Unless all you wanna do is run away from encounters and decap stuff.
