Doto.6357
Hi,I play ventari/herald heals usually, and I rely a lot on regen to give sustained healing. With the +20% regen effectiveness and +10% health already from herald, will the new dwayna runes (which also give +20% regen strength/+10% health) be able to replace the monk runes I run right now? Patty.3268
They are both great in your case, but it's hard to say which one is better. Due to the amount of boons Herald grants, using Monk runes could give you 20% increased healing effectiveness, which would benefit all healing, not only regen. Monk runes also give overall 15% boon duration while Dwayna gives 20% duration for regen only. So it comes down to overall increased boon duration and healing effectiveness vs increased and slightly higher regen duration and regen effectiveness without the need to constantly give boons. Personal preference, I guess.
messiah.1908
monk is better with constant 20% outgoing healing for all heals. so its better than just 20% regen buff.
Stand The Wall.6987
it was a competitor for monk if monk didn't receive the buff.
PANAGIOTIS.4183
how about playing healing tempest as hand kitter for deimos? i believe dwayna is a better choice than monk since almost no boons sharing plus regen is the key to keep healing tempest alive. maxwelgm.4315
Dwayna also allows you to heal more passively through regen while focusing on DPS and/or other things like key mechanics, so take that into consideration (maybe use both depending on situation). Izyuss.6423
the 20% regen buff work with received regen or just self applied regen?
