Rune of the Fire question

Does the fire aura that triggers from Rune of the Fire reapply itself after a cooldown (like the Rock Dog from Rune of the Ogre), or is it on entering combat only?

(1): +25 Power(2): +10% Might Duration(3): +50 Power(4): Gain fire shield for 4 seconds when entering combat.(5): +100 Power(6): +20% burning duration; when affected by fire aura, deal +10% damage.

Pretty sure it's only on initially entering combat. The Rock Dog is "while in combat", not "when entering combat".

all "when entering combat" effects seem to do exactly what they say - activate only on entering combat, without reapplying during it.Which makes those effects pretty much useless in anything beyond open world solo play.Correction: for PvE i mean. They may be useful in SPvP.
