JackassTheX.6351
If I use different dyes, it shows on some but not others. Is this normal?
Inculpatus cedo.9234
Is your screenshot hosted on one of the approved sites? It doesn't load for me.(You can't show screenshots just from your computer on the forums.)
Ray Koopa.2354
Yeah, like most default skins, you often don't get the color you want. Buy a skin for gems for possibly better results... you know why.Inb4 Shadow Abyss can hide the ugly purple a bit. The saddle is still pink and glowing blue onto your beetle, though. Is this normal? The default skin for Petey has that "angle-dependent colour" effect, and it is highly sensitive to the colour ("hue") and "material" of the dye that you're using.@Ray Koopa.2354 said:The saddle is still pink and glowing blue onto your beetle, though. The glow between the saddle and the beetle is not fixed at blue. It is the same colour (roughly speaking) as the exhaust trail, so it changes from blue to purple to yellow-brown-orange as you pick up speed. Ray Koopa.2354
Yeah, and that is sadly still not the color OP wants it to have, so it wasn't worth mentioning to me.
JackassTheX.6351
I re-uploaded the screen to imgur. Based on what you folks said I guess that it's normal?

But I can always pick another colour :D At least it's not a graphics glitch. Thanks!

Is this normal? Some colors have reflective properties. Since the roller beetle's Asura tech seat radiates a purple color, it will reflect on the beetle's surface.P.S. Not a fan of that seat, either.
