[Suggestion] Use 4 utilities instead of 3

When you look at the utilities, you see that there are 4 of each. For example:

• 4 shouts
• 4 signets
• 4 Physical
• 4 Gylips
• etc etc..

So, why can we only use 3?To me it looks like the guy who was working on the utility bar forgot there were 4 of each and said: "Darn it, lets leave it at 3, I already finished the work and I don't want to code it again."

Ten skills, corresponding to the numbers 1-0 across the top of the keyboard.

1-5 weapon6 heal7-9 utilities0 - elite

Sure, they could have added another. In GW1 it was 8 skills of your choosing, so in a kinda-sorta-way, we get two bonus skills now.

This can't be changed since they brought out Revenant - they don't choose the utilities like other professions.

well after 0 there is - and = keysso, a shortage of keys is not a problem.

I agree, revenants are poorly designed and need an overhaul.
