Hide Ambient Creature names when "Show enemy names" is on

Hey,

When I toggle on the option to "Show enemy names" it also shows the name of every ambient creature nearby (rabbits, frogs, owls etc.)

I'm not sure why though since these creatures aren't "enemies" so to speak, and it really clutters up the environment.

I'd like to keep the "Show enemy names" option toggled on though, since some enemies are hard to spot in some environments.

Perhaps, 'enemy' in that sense is anything that can be killed (technical-wise)?
If that was enabled into the game, they would need another option for showing 'ambient' creatures, as well, I'd guess. There is content that needs ambient creatures, albeit not much.
